Google reindexed on the 27th at 09.40, the cache was updated on the 30th at 10am.

So I assume Google will turn up and reindex the site within 24 hours and it takes another 48-72 hours for Google to update it's index. 

So you can have google update it's index within 3-4 days using this techinque.
